It still amazes me how fast a month goes. It's been, again,
exactly one month since my last blog so I'm here to update you guys a little. (:
We just finished the school musical, Beauty & the Beast, last night. It went SOOO well.
AMAZING. I got to work with so many spectacular people that I'll always
remember in my life. Every single one of them has a great future ahead. In
addition to making new friends, I got really close to some of my old friends
from freshman year. We're all still just as goofy, too. I missed them a lot. I
was so excited - we filled three shows! The Friday night show we sold out, and the Saturday
night was pretty close as well.
Another HUGE milestone was just recently reached as well . . . 150,000 SUBSCRIBERS! WHAHHHHH!!!! I'm SO excited beyond typing! Hahahah
We've got some exciting projects coming up VERY soon as
well. We'll let you know more about them later this week.
IT'S FINALLY WARM HERE! Most of the days are now in the high
50s to low 60s. I tell you what, it makes a HUGE difference on my attitude! (:
Also, some of you may have heard about the necklace I recently
bought. It says "Never Give Up. Ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever,
ever." That's 9 evers. Haha. But really, having it around my neck everyday
reminds me to keep my head up and hey, never give up!
Spring Break is in exactly 2 weeks. I cannot tell you how
excited I am. Words cannot express how much I'm going to love a whole week off
of school! Haha I'm sure you guys are looking forward to it too. I hope you
guys have fun, wherever you are going!
I just wanna say, again, how much I appreciate you guys. It's
such a confidence booster as well as the best feeling in the world to know I have
your support. Like with our new video we put up. In 2 days it got over 138,000
views. That's spectacular. I'm still amazed that even after almost 2 months of
no new videos, you guys have stood behind us THAT much. But since we're not
caught up in the musical anymore, we should be putting up videos more
frequently again. (:
Instead of studying for Biology (which has been an epic fail
so far. . .) I've decided to blog. (:
As many of you know, Chris and I DID break up, again! Boys,
boys, boys I tell you what! Hmmph!
The musical is still going. I think it's going to turn out
SUPER awesome. We're all working really hard! School has been alright lately,
kind of hard. The school basketball games are really fun though! Our school has
so much spirit, it amazes me every game.
It's February in Michigan so this means, we are all SO sick
of winter. We've only got a week left until March, and maybe spring will start. . .
haha. Even though as I'm writing this we're under a winter storm warning.
Fantastic. . . NOT!
I just read my old blog which was exactly a month ago and we
had 127,00 subscribers. . . now we have almost 142,000. . . WHAT!?! When did this
happen!? Did I mention how much I love you guys?!
I really want to write more songs. It's like I have so many
things to write about, I don't know where to start! That's always been a
problem of mine, picking one thing at a time! Haha
I love love love love love you guys to Pluto and back. (:
BLOG TIME! (: Okay, so this past month has been super busy
for me. School has been just crazy with all the random tests and projects. /:
But luckily, I manage to get to bed at 10. Haha. We've started rehearsals for
the musical too, which is almost every day until 5. I love my part though! If
any of you guys have seen Beauty and the Beast (which I'm sure most of you
have. . .) I'm one of the "silly girls." Liz is one too, along with our really good
friend Jacy. We're having a BLAST! I wish all you guys could come see it in
March!
I've been spending a lot of time with my friends within the
last month. I've gotten to build really strong relationships with all of them
and it's a really good feeling. I know they've all got my back.
My boyfriend Chris and I are doing well. Liz and I have written another
song about him. . . but this time it includes Josh! (Liz's boyfriend). It's called "Timeless" - but that's all I'm going to say about it for now. Hehe
I had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I hope you did, too! It really makes
you appreciate spending time with your family. And as much as we all know,
taking a break from school.
Basically, I'm thrilled with life right now. Everyday I'm
thankful for each and every one of you guys. It's such a great feeling to wake up everyday knowing we have over 127,000 people rooting for us. It
makes it almost impossible to be sad. I love all of you and I can't wait to
meet you all when Liz & I tour some day! (:
WOOO! First blog! I was pretty excited when I found out our site had a blog section! I can keep you guys so updated now! haha. Well, tonight is our school's winter dance. It's called the Snowball. My dress is black and white and I have to say, I'm in love with it! This will be my third year going to a winter dance. It's still amazing to me how fast the time from freshman to junior year went. I really really REALLY want to put a new video up! Like, you guys have no idea! I wanna sing a Christmas song. Liz & I have one ready to go, but it's just trying to find time to sit down and film it that's causing the problem!
Anyway, I really hope you guys like the site, as well as "Fairytale Man." We wrote that song when we were ten years old! Then a few months ago, we decided to put it to guitar and it worked. We were pretty pumped. haha
Thank you guys so much for following Liz & I. You have no idea how much I appreciate everything you guys do for us. Words can't describe how much I love you! (:
